Our chef of Dominican origin Juan Silverio puts all his love for gastronomy, talent and experience of 13 years in each bite, and his culinary creations delight the most demanding palate. He worked in several prestigious Latin and international restaurants locally. The recognition has not been long in coming: its seasoning has been recognized in the Montreal Gazette newspaper in 2016 and the restaurant where he worked was ranked number 14 among the best restaurants in Montreal. In 2021, Herencia Hispana Quebec (HHQ), awarded him the medal of recognition for his years of experience managing a large restaurant chain in the city of Montreal, and for serving as a guide and mentor to many Latino immigrants who have followed the gastronomy art.
